Golf Rewards Australasia and its partners are committed to respecting and protecting the confidentiality of information shared between Golf Rewards Australasia our clients and their customers.

Golf Rewards Australasia is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of its clients and any information communicated to or held by Golf Rewards Australasia.

• All information received by Golf Rewards Australasia from its clients will be kept strictly confidential.

• Information communicated orally to Golf Rewards Australasia shall only be regarded as "Confidential"

• if identified as confidential, proprietary or the like at the time of disclosure;
• and confirmed in writing within thirty days of disclosure.

• Treatment of Confidential Information shall be clearly defined in a Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") signed between Golf Rewards Australasia and its client.

• Golf Rewards Australasia will keep all client and customer data received or collected from marketing campaigns ("campaign data") private.

• No two clients' customer data shall ever sit in the same database (i.e. separate tables, but not files)

Privacy of Clients' Customers

Golf Rewards Australasia understands and appreciates the need to protect the privacy of its clients' customers. That is why Golf Rewards Australasia maintains strict internal policies that exceed industry standards concerning the privacy of its clients' customers.

• An NDA must be signed between Golf Rewards Australasia and its client before any customer data is ever received by Golf Rewards Australasia.

• Golf Rewards Australasia shall put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of campaign data.

• No customer databases shall ever be sent via email to a client unless encoded using PGP 128-bit encryption.

All campaigns conducted by Golf Rewards Australasia shall adhere to relevant laws specific to the country/or countries in which the campaign will run. Such laws include provisions related to customer data collection, usage and disclosure, data subject rights, accuracy and security of customer data collected, and transborder flow of customer data.
